These terms apply to everything bought in the Conquest store. By ticking I agree to the terms at checkout you accept them.
What you're buying
Store purchases are virtual items and perks for your Conquest character. They have no value outside the game and can't be exchanged for money.
Delivery
Items go to the in-game name you entered at checkout. Check it carefully: we can't move a delivery to another character.
After paying, log in and type ::claim to collect your order.
Card and PayPal payments usually arrive within a minute. Crypto payments arrive once the network confirms them.
No refunds
All purchases are final. Because items are delivered to your character straight away, we don't offer refunds, except where the law requires one.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, contact us first. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead can lead to a ban of the accounts involved.
Changes and promotions
Items, prices and promotions can change at any time. A promotion applies only to orders placed while it's running.
