Raid Rooms:
Unlike previous Raids on Conquest,
every Tides of Havoc run will have the exact same 5 rooms.
Regardless of Difficulty.
It will always begin with the Cannon Room and end with Rabid Jack.
The other 3 rooms are randomized.
Cannon Room:
The first room of every raid
Cannonballs will randomly drop on the ground.
The enemy pirates on the other boat will consisntely move back and forth.
You must time your cannons to kill them when they're directly in front of it.
However, don't expose yourself too long or they will fire back.
Once you've killed all enemy pirates.
Climb the ladder and make your way to their ship for some goodies.
Clawdia Room:
This Boss will spawn Crabs around the island. She will also spawn hidden crabs.
You can get rid of the hidden crab by inspecting objects around the island.
The strategy is to kill all the crabs before attacking the boss.
When a Crab stumbles upon the Rift at the center of the room,
It will heal Clawdia and also throw a AoE attack that will require you to move out the way.
Clawdia's main fight is very straightforward. She has really high defense against melee.
Pray Ranged and dodge the wave attack you're all familiar with.
At 75% HP and 25% HP Clawdia will spawn 4 red crabs.
Don't kill them too close to Clawdia or else they'll heal her. Wait until they get further down the dock.
But don't let them get to the rift or they will also heal a significant amount of damage.
Barrelchest Room:
This boss will have a predetermined path of traps that will periodiclly reveal themselves.
If you walk over the trap, regardless of whether they're showing, you will get stunned.
The point of this strategy is to remember the path of the spikes and traverse the opposite way.
The spikes will never change their path throughout the kill. It's the same.
If you missed the first time the traps are revealed,
you can wait a couple more seconds to show again
Additionally, Barrelchest will be throwing AoE fire damage attacks.
Avoid the tiles that leave behind a flame.
At 50% HP a healer will spawn across the room.
Kill the healer and return back to Barrelchest.
Cyclops Room:
Cyclops will move East/West in their rows. If you are standing in the view of any cyclops,
you will get stunned and later damage if he walks on top of you.
Kill the Dynamite crab for a dynamite. These are used to blow up the rocks.
Players can only have one dynamite in their inventory at a time.
Cap'n Ekahi:
This boss will continously rotate in a clockwise motion.
If you stand in his line of sight, you will get stunned and damaged.
Seekers will spawn/respawn every so often in the room.
If Cap'n Ekahi faces the northern stone while alll 4 skeers are spawned, he will heal a significant amount of damage.
Green Seeker, deals ranged damage
Blue Seeker deals Magic Damage.
You will get attacked by the one closest to you.
Rabid Jack Island:
This fight has 3 phases.
First you'll want to pick up a Cutlass at the crates south-west.
Disrupting the Volcano:
Kill the earth elemental and then drag the others to the opposite crater.
Don't let them get too close to each other and make sure they die at the proper crater.
The earth elemental will drop two uncharged cooling orb, these will be used for the next phase.
Cooling the Volcano:
Click on a water crater with the cooling orbs in your inventory.
This will slow you down until you've used the orb to cool a lava crater.
Do this for both lava craters in order to start the Rabid Jack final fight.
Rabid Jack Fight:
Rabid Jack demands all players to fight him with a Cutlass.
His fight consists of a melee swing along with a dangerous purple portal attack.
Time this pattern and you're good.
